or BISDN is a concept and also a group of
services which develops the standards for
integrating digital transmission services
in a broadband network of fiber optic and
radio media.
BISDN is
on the same line as Integrated Services
Digital Network is , which provides digital
transmission over ordinary telephone company
copper wires on the narrowband local loop.
